Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Science, pursuant to section 3 and subsection 5(2) of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council Act, appoints Ishwar K. Puri of Hamilton, Ontario, to be a member of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.
