Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State to assist the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2019-388 of April 26, 2019, and on the advice of the Minister responsible for the Canadian Wildlife Service, pursuant to section 8 of the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement Act and subparagraph 5.2.1(b)(ii) and section 5.2.4 of the Agreement between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada as amended, appoints Victoria Johnston of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, to be a member of the Nunavut Wildlife Management Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of four years.

Sur recommandation du ministre d’État délégué auprès de la ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, en vertu du décret C.P. 2019-388 du 26 avril 2019, et sur l’avis de la ministre responsable du Service canadien de la faune, et en vertu de l’article 8 de la Loi concernant l’Accord sur les revendications territoriales du Nunavut et du sous-alinéa 5.2.1b)(ii) et de l’article 5.2.4 de l’Accord entre les Inuits de la région du Nunavut et Sa Majesté la Reine du chef du Canada, dans sa version modifiée, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Victoria Johnston, de Yellowknife (Territoires du Nord-Ouest), membre du Conseil de gestion des ressources fauniques du Nunavut, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de quatre ans.
