Whereas the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Canada Foundation for Sustainable Development Technology Act, has proposed to appoint Jillian Earthy of Vancouver, British Columbia, to be a director of the Canada Foundation for Sustainable Development Technology;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, and pursuant to sections 9 and 10 of the Canada Foundation for Sustainable Development Technology Act, appoints Jillian Earthy of Vancouver, British Columbia, to be a director of the Canada Foundation for Sustainable Development Technology, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, in the place of John Bradlow, whose term has expired.

Attendu que le ministre de l’Industrie, conformément au paragraphe 9(2) de la Loi sur la Fondation du Canada pour l’appui technologique au développement durable, a proposé de nommer Jillian Earthy, de Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), à titre d’administratrice de la Fondation du Canada pour l’appui technologique au développement durable;

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie, et en vertu des articles 9 et 10 de la Loi sur la Fondation du Canada pour l’appui technologique au développement durable, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Jillian Earthy, de Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), administratrice de la Fondation du Canada pour l’appui technologique au développement durable, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de John Bradlow dont le mandat a pris fin.
