Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Gregory Annis Lick of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a special adviser to the Minister of National Defence, as Ombudsperson for the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Forces, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($183,600 - $216,000), effective July 2, 2019.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Défense nationale et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Gregory Annis Lick, d’Ottawa (Ontario), conseiller spécial du ministre de la Défense nationale, à titre d’ombudsman du ministère de la Défense nationale et des Forces canadiennes, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (183 600 $ – 216 000 $), à compter du 2 juillet 2019.
