Whereas the Minister of Public Works and Government Services has consulted the board of directors of Defence Construction (1951) Limited with respect to the appointment of Derrick Yiu Wing Cheung, of Vancouver, British Columbia, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Defence Construction (1951) Limited;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, appoints Derrick Yiu Wing Cheung of Vancouver, British Columbia, to be President and Chief Executive Officer of Defence Construction (1951) Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 3 ($188,500 - $221,700), effective September 9, 2019.

Attendu que la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux a consulté le conseil d’administration de Construction de défense (1951) Limitée en ce qui concerne la nomination de Derrick Yiu Wing Cheung, de Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), à titre de président et premier dirigeant de Construction de défense (1951) Limitée,

À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Derrick Yiu Wing Cheung, de Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), président et premier dirigeant de Construction de défense (1951) Limitée, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 3 (188 500 $ – 221 700 $), à compter du 9 septembre 2019.
