Whereas, pursuant to subsection 66(1) of the Assisted Human Reproduction Act, the Minister of Health has laid a copy of the proposed Regulations Amending the Assisted Human Reproduction (Section 8 Consent) Regulations before each House of Parliament, substantially in the annexed form;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to subsection 65(1) of the Assisted Human Reproduction Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Assisted Human Reproduction (Section 8 Consent) Regulations.

Attendu que la ministre de la Santé, conformément au paragraphe 66(1) de la Loi sur la procréation assistée, a fait déposer le projet de règlement intitulé Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur la procréation assistée (article 8 de la Loi), conforme en substance au texte ci-après, devant chaque chambre du Parlement,

À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre de la Santé et en vertu du paragraphe 65(1) de la Loi sur la procréation assistée, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur la procréation assistée (article 8 de la Loi), ci-après.
