Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to subsection 753(1) of the Jobs, Growth and Long-term Prosperity Act, chapter 19 of the Statutes of Canada, 2012, fixes the 240th day after the day this Order is made as the day on which sections 715 and 716 of that Act come into force.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Santé et en vertu du paragraphe 753(1) de la Loi sur l’emploi, la croissance et la prospérité durable, chapitre 19 des Lois du Canada (2012), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au deux cent quarantième jour suivant la date de prise du présent décret la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 715 et 716 de cette loi.
