Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness and the Minister of Transport, makes the annexed Preclearance in Canada Regulations pursuant to

(a) section 4.71 of the Aeronautics Act;

(b) paragraph 133(b) and subparagraph 133(h)(i) of the Customs Tariff;

(c) subsection 5(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act; and

(d) section 43 of the Preclearance Act, 2016.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et du ministre des Transports, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement sur le précontrôle au Canada, ci-après, en vertu :

a) de l’article 4.71 de la Loi sur l’aéronautique;

b) de l’alinéa 133b) et du sous-alinéa 133h)(i) du Tarif des douanes;

c) du paragraphe 5(1) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés;

d) de l’article 43 de la Loi sur le précontrôle (2016).
