Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission enter into a lease with National Capital Business Park Inc. for an initial period of 49 years and grant five options to extend the lease for a period of ten years each, to occupy the premises located at 4055 and 4120 Russell Road, in Ottawa, Ontario, as described in Schedule A and shown in Schedule B.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil donne son accord à l’octroi par la Commission de la capitale nationale à National Capital Business Park Inc. d’un bail d’une durée initiale de quarante-neuf ans et de cinq options de prolongation du bail de dix ans chacune pour occuper les lieux situés au 4055 et au 4120, chemin Russell à Ottawa (Ontario), dont la description figure à l’annexe A et l’illustration à l’annexe B.
