Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 3(1) and section 6 of the National Research Council Act, appoints Susan Blum of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, to be a member of the National Research Council of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.
