The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the Honourable Tracey K. DeWare, a Judge of the Court of Queen’s Bench of New Brunswick, Family Division, be appointed Chief Justice of the Court of Queen’s Bench of New Brunswick, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal of New Brunswick.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Tracey K.
