                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 3 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, hereby re-appoints James Angus Ogilvy of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a permanent member of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, effective November 15, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de James Angus Ogilvy, d’Ottawa (Ontario), titulaire du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans, à compter du 15 novembre 2003.
