Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services,

(a) after consultation with the board of directors of the Canada Post Corporation, pursuant to subsection 134(1) of the Financial Administration Act, appoints KPMG LLP, Chartered Accountants, of Toronto, Ontario, as auditor of the Canada Post Corporation for the financial year ending on December 31, 2019; and

(b) pursuant to subsection 134(2) of the Financial Administration Act, appoints the Auditor General of Canada as joint auditor of the Canada Post Corporation for the financial year ending on December 31, 2019.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Société canadienne des postes et en vertu du paragraphe 134(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, nomme KPMG s.r.l. / S.E.N.C.R.L., comptables agréés, de Toronto (Ontario), à titre de vérificateur de la Société canadienne des postes pour l’exercice se terminant le 31 décembre 2019;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 134(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, nomme le vérificateur général à titre de covérificateur de la Société canadienne des postes pour l’exercice se terminant le 31 décembre 2019.
