Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of Indigenous Services and in accordance with the Ramps and Land Exchange Agreement dated January 27, 2010, sets apart for the use and benefit of the Madawaska Maliseet First Nation as an addition to St. Basile Indian Reserve No. 10 in New Brunswick, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of 1.30 hectares (3.21 acres).
Sur recommandation du ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre des Services aux Autochtones et conformément à l’accord intitulé Accord pour des bretelles d’accès et l’échange de terrains, daté du 27 janvier 2010, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté à l’usage et au profit de la Première Nation malécite du Madawaska, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne St. Basile no 10, au Nouveau-Brunswick, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées de 1,30 hectares (3,21 acres).

ALL that lot, piece, or parcel of land in the City of Edmundston, in the Parish of Saint-Basile, in the County of Madawaska, in the Province of New Brunswick, more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL 2015-1 as shown on a “Plan of Survey of Parcel 2015-1 Lands of Her Majesty the Queen (New Brunswick Department of Transportation and Infrastructure), Parish of Saint-Basile, County of Madawaska, Province of New Brunswick”, prepared by Wayne E. Hodges, CLS, NBLS, and signed the 1st day of October 2015. The said plan was filed in the Madawaska County Registry Office on March 27, 2018, under number 37881480. A copy of this plan was recorded in the Canada Lands Surveys Records (CLSR) at Ottawa, Ontario on April 6, 2018, under number 107075 CLSR. Said Parcel 2015-1 containing 1.30 hectares (3.21 acres).

TOUT ce lot, morceau ou parcelle de terrain dans la ville d'Edmundston, dans la paroisse de Saint-Basile, dans le comté de Madawaska, dans la province du Nouveau-Brunswick et plus particulièrement décrit comme suit:
La parcelle « Parcelle 2015-1 » telle qu'indiquée sur un plan intitulé « Plan d'arpentage de la Parcelle 2015-1 Terres de Sa Majesté la reine (ministère des Transports et Infrastructure du Nouveau-Brunswick), Paroisse de Saint-Basile, Comté de Madawaska, Province du Nouveau-Brunswick», préparé par Wayne E. Hodges, a.t.C., a-g.N.-B., et signé le
1er octobre 2015. Ledit plan ayant été déposé le 27 mars 2018 au bureau d'enregistrement du comté de Madawaska sous le numéro 37881480. Une copie dudit plan a été déposée aux Archives d'arpentage des terres du Canada à Ottawa, Ontario le 6 avril 2018 sous le numéro 107075 CLSR. Ladite parcelle « Parcelle 2015-1 » renfermant 1,30 hectares
(3,21 acres).
