                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Privy Council, pursuant to section 4 of the Canadian Transportation Accident Investigation and Safety Board Act, hereby reappoints Robert Henry Wright of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Canadian Transportation Accident Investigation and Safety Board to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, effective November 8, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du président du Conseil privé et en vertu de l'article 4 de la Loi sur le Bureau canadien d'enquête sur les accidents de transport et de la sécurité des transports, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Robert Henry Wright, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Bureau canadien d'enquête sur les accidents de transport et de la sécurité des transports, à titre inamovible, pour une période de cinq ans, à compter du 8 novembre 2003.
