Whereas the Minister of Justice has nominated Lynn Macaulay of Waterloo, Ontario, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Ontario - West and South;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, reappoints Lynn Macaulay of Waterloo, Ontario, as a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Ontario - West and South, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending on May 1, 2021.

Attendu que le ministre de la Justice a proposé que Lynn Macaulay, de Waterloo (Ontario), soit nommée membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province d’Ontario – ouest et sud,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme de nouveau Lynn Macaulay, de Waterloo (Ontario), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province d’Ontario – ouest et sud, à titre amovible pour une période se terminant le 1^er mai 2021.
