Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development:

(a) pursuant to subsections 45(1), (4) and (5) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, appoints Thomas Nicolas Loeffler-Vulpe of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Social Security Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term commencing on June 10, 2019 and ending on June 9, 2024;

(b) pursuant to subsection 45(2) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, designates Thomas Nicolas Loeffler-Vulpe of Ottawa, Ontario, as Vice-Chairperson of the Income Security Section, effective June 22, 2019; and

(c) pursuant to subsection 49(1) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 5.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu des paragraphes 45(1), (4) et (5) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, nomme Thomas Nicolas Loeffler-Vulpe, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale, à titre inamovible pour un mandat commençant le 10 juin 2019 et se terminant le 9 juin 2024;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 45(2) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, désigne Thomas Nicolas Loeffler-Vulpe, d’Ottawa (Ontario), vice-président de la section de la sécurité du revenu, à compter du 22 juin 2019;

c) en vertu du paragraphe 49(1) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5.
