Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Kenneth G. Nielsen, juge de la Cour du Banc de la Reine de l’Alberta et membre d’office de la Cour d’appel de l’Alberta, soit nommé premier juge adjoint de la Cour du Banc de la Reine de l’Alberta, avec le rang de juge en chef adjoint de la Cour du Banc de la Reine de l’Alberta, et membre d’office de la Cour d’appel de l’Alberta.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the Honourable Kenneth G. Nielsen, a Justice of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal of Alberta, be appointed Associate Chief Judge of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, with the style and title of Associate Chief Justice of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal of Alberta.
