Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, fixes the remuneration and certain conditions of employment, in the amount and on the date indicated in the annexed schedule, of:
Atkinson, Kenneth David, former acting Assistant Deputy Chairperson of the Refugee Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board, within the range GCQ 4 ($124,600 - $146,500), effective April 1, 2014. In addition, the remuneration shall be adjusted in accordance with any increases approved for the GCQ 4 salary range;
Bédard, Jean, former Permanent Member and acting Chairperson of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, within the range GCQ 8 ($239,700 - $281,900), effective May 2, 2016. In addition, the remuneration shall be adjusted in accordance with any increases approved for the GCQ 8 salary range;
Borbey, Patrick, President of the Public Service Commission, within the range ($260,600 - $305,500), effective May 17, 2017, within the range ($260,600 - $305,500), effective April 1, 2018, within the range ($260,600 - $305,500), effective April 1, 2019;
Davidson, Jeffrey, former Extractive Sector Corporate Social Responsibility Counsellor, within the range ($155,900 - $183,400), effective May 19, 2015, within the range ($159,500 - $187,600), effective April 1, 2016, within the range ($161,500 - $190,000), effective April 1, 2017;

Montgomery, Brent W., former Member and Vice-Chairman of the National Farm Products Council, within the range GCQ 4 ($625 - $735), effective April 1, 2014, within the range GCQ 4 ($630 - $740), effective April 1, 2015. In addition, the remuneration shall be adjusted in accordance with any increases approved for the GCQ 4 per diem range;
Sokolyk, Diane Elizabeth, former acting Assistant Deputy Chairperson of the Refugee Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board, within the range GCQ 4 ($124,600 - $146,500), effective April 1, 2014, within the range GCQ 4 ($126,200 - $148,400), effective April 1, 2015. In addition, the remuneration shall be adjusted in accordance with any increases approved for the GCQ 4 salary range;
Walker, Gordon W., former Commissioner and interim Chair of the International Joint Commission, within the range GCQ 7 ($201,400 - $236,900), effective April 1, 2014. In addition, the remuneration shall be adjusted in accordance with any increases approved for the GCQ 7 salary range;

De plus, la rémunération sera ajustée conformément à toute augmentation approuvée pour l’échelle GCQ 4;
Bédard, Jean, ancien titulaire et président intérimaire du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, dans l’échelle GCQ 8 (239 700 $ – 281 900 $), à compter du 2 mai 2016. De plus, la rémunération sera ajustée conformément à toute augmentation approuvée pour l’échelle GCQ 8;
Borbey, Patrick, président de la Commission de la fonction publique, dans l’échelle (260 600 $ – 305 500 $), à compter du 17 mai 2017; dans l’échelle (260 600 $ – 305 500 $), à compter du 1er avril 2018, dans l’échelle (260 600 $ – 305 500 $), à compter du 1er avril 2019;

Montgomery, Brent W., ancien conseiller et vice-président du Conseil national des produits agricoles, dans l’échelle GCQ 4 (625 $ – 735 $), à compter du 1er avril 2014, dans l’échelle GCQ 4 (630 $ – 740 $), à compter du 1er avril 2015. De plus, la rémunération sera ajustée conformément à toute augmentation approuvée pour l’échelle de taux journalier GCQ 4;
