Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission enter into a lease with the Ottawa Film Office for an initial period of 66 years and grant an option to extend the lease for a period of 33 years, to occupy the premises located at 1740 Woodroffe Avenue, in Ottawa, Ontario, as described in Schedule A and shown in Schedule B.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil donne son accord à l’octroi par la Commission de la capitale nationale au Bureau du cinéma d’Ottawa d’un bail pour une période initiale de soixante-six ans et d’une option de prolongation de trente-trois ans pour occuper la propriété située au 1740, avenue Woodroffe, à Ottawa (Ontario), dont la description figure à l’annexe A l’illustration à l’annexe B.
