Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, after consultation with the board of directors of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, appoints Pascale Daigneault of Sarnia, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the board of directors of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range ($200 - $300) and an annual retainer within the range ($6,400 - $7,500).

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, après consultation du conseil d’administration de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée, et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Pascale Daigneault, de Sarnia (Ontario), présidente du conseil d’administration de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée, à titre amovible pour un mandat de deux ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (200 $ – 300 $) et des honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (6 400 $ – 7 500 $).
