Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, reappoints Sandra Martel of La Prairie, Quebec, as Chief Executive Officer of The Jacques-Cartier and Champlain Bridges Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 3 ($188,500 - $221,700), effective May 20, 2019.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Sandra Martel, de La Prairie (Québec), première dirigeante de la société Les Ponts Jacques-Cartier et Champlain Inc., à titre amovible pour une période de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 3 (188 500 $ – 221 700 $), à compter du 20 mai 2019.
