Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraph 153(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, appoints Desiree Lucy Lynn Pachkowski of Mexico City, Mexico, to be a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Ottawa District Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective June 17, 2019.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu de l’alinéa 153(1)a) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Desiree Lucy Lynn Pachkowski, de Mexico (Mexique), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau du district d’Ottawa), à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 17 juin 2019.
