Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Department of Industry Regulations, pursuant to

(a) section 261 of the Canada Business Corporations Act; and

(b) section 372 of the Canada Cooperatives Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant certains règlements (ministère de l’Industrie), ci-après, en vertu :

a) de l’article 261 de la Loi canadienne sur les sociétés par actions;

b) de l’article 372 de la Loi canadienne sur les coopératives.
