Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to subsections 3.1(1) and 3.1(2) of the Canadian Commercial Corporation Act, reappoints Martin Zablocki of Ottawa, Ontario, as President of the Canadian Commercial Corporation, to hold office during pleasure for a period of one year, or until such time as a new President is appointed, whichever occurs first, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 4 ($226,000 - $265,800), effective April 28, 2019.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international et en vertu des paragraphes 3.1(1) et 3.1(2) de la Loi sur la Corporation commerciale canadienne, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme de nouveau Martin Zablocki, d’Ottawa (Ontario), président de la Corporation commerciale canadienne, à titre amovible pour une période d’un an, ou jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau président soit nommé, selon la première de ces éventualités, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 4 (226 000 $ – 265 800 $), à compter du 28 avril 2019.
