Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to subsection 80(1) of An Act to amend the Tobacco Act and the Non-smokers’ Health Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts, chapter 9 of the Statutes of Canada, 2018, fixes the day that is 200 days after the day on which this Order is made as the day on which subsection 7(2), section 8, subsection 11(2) and sections 25, 28, 31 and 57 of that Act come into force.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Santé et en vertu du paragraphe 80(1) de la Loi modifiant la Loi sur le tabac, la Loi sur la santé des non-fumeurs et d’autres lois en conséquence, chapitre 9 des Lois du Canada (2018), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe à la date qui tombe deux cents jours après la date de prise du présent décret la date d’entrée en vigueur du paragraphe 7(2), de l’article 8, du paragraphe 11(2) et des articles 25, 28, 31 et 57 de cette loi.
