Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 54(3) of the National Energy Board Act, extends the time limit referred to in that subsection for making the order referred to in subsection 54(1) of that Act to June 18, 2019, in respect of the Trans Mountain Expansion Project proposed by Trans Mountain Corporation.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 54(3) de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil proroge le délai visé à ce paragraphe pour prendre le décret visé au paragraphe 54(1) de cette loi au 18 juin 2019, relativement au projet d’agrandissement du réseau Trans Mountain proposé par Trans Mountain Corporation.
