Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraph 153(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, appoints David Alexander Hamilton Morris of Bowen Island, British Columbia, to be a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective May 13, 2019.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu de l’alinéa 153(1)a) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme David Alexander Hamilton Morris, de Bowen Island (Colombie-Britannique), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto), à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 13 mai 2019.
