Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration:

(a) pursuant to paragraphs 153(1)(a) and 153(1)(c) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, reappoints Suzanne Gilbert of Toronto, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years;

(b) pursuant to subsection 153(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, designates Suzanne Gilbert of Toronto, Ontario, to be Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office); and

(c) pursuant to paragraph 153(1)(d) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 5 ($150,200 - $176,600).

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu des alinéas 153(1)a) et 153(1)c) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, renouvelle le mande de Suzanne Gilbert, de Toronto (Ontario), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto), à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 153(2) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, choisit Suzanne Gilbert, de Toronto (Ontario), comme vice-présidente de la Section d’appel de l’immigration de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto);

c) en vertu de l’alinéa 153(1)d) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5 (150 200 $ – 176 600 $).
