Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to paragraph 3(2)(b) and subsections 5(2) and 5(3) of the Competition Tribunal Act, re-appoints Wiktor Askanas of Fredericton, New Brunswick, as a member of the Competition Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of seven years.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’alinéa 3(2)b) et des paragraphes 5(2) et 5(3) de la Loi sur le Tribunal de la concurrence, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme de nouveau Wiktor Askanas, de Fredericton (Nouveau-Brunswick), membre du Tribunal de la concurrence, à titre inamovible pour une période de sept ans.
