Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsections 35.1(1) and 120(1) of the Canada Shipping Act, 2001, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Navigation Safety Regulations (Automatic Identification Systems).
