Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 125 of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Ian Shugart of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Clerk of the Privy Council and Secretary to the Cabinet, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($291,700 - $343,100), effective April 19, 2019.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 125 de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Ian Shugart, d’Ottawa (Ontario), greffier du Conseil privé et secrétaire du Cabinet, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (291 700 $ – 343 100 $), à compter du 19 avril 2019.
