Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of Indigenous Services and in accordance with the Big Cove Settlement Agreement dated August 30, 1988, sets apart for the use and benefit of the Elsipogtog First Nation as an addition to Richibucto Indian Reserve No. 15, in New Brunswick, the lands described in the attached schedules, consisting of 214.1 hectares (528.7 acres), excluding mines and minerals.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre des Services aux Autochtones et conformément à l’accord intitulée Big Cove Settlement Agreement, daté du 30 août 1988, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté à l’usage et au profit de la Première Nation Elsipogtog, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne de Richibucto n^o 15, au Nouveau-Brunswick, les terres délimitées aux annexes ci-jointes, lesquelles sont constituées de 214,1 hectares (528,7 acres), mines et minéraux exclus.
