Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of Indigenous Services, sets apart for the use and benefit of Stellat’en First Nation, a band within the meaning of the Indian Act, as an addition to Stellaquo Indian Reserve No. 1 in British Columbia, the lands described in the attached schedule, consisting of 2.984 hectares (7.373 acres).
Sur recommandation du ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre des Services aux Autochtones, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté, à l’usage et au profit de la Première Nation de Stellat’en, une bande au sens de la Loi sur les Indiens, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Stellaquo no 1, en Colombie-Britannique, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées de 2,984 hectares (7,373 acres).

Parcels 1,2,3 and 4 shown on Plan PRP 43712 deposited in the Land Title Office at Prince George. A copy of the said plan is recorded in the Canada Lands Surveys Records in Ottawa under number 82365 CLSR.
Together the four parcels contain an area of about 2.984 hectares (7.373 acres).
