Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of Indigenous Services and as provided for in the Hosford Lot and Indian Reserve No. 7 Agreement, dated April 26, 2007, sets apart for the use and benefit of the Metepenagiag Mi’kmaq Nation as an addition to Metepenagiag Urban Reserve 3 in New Brunswick, the lands described in the attached schedule, consisting of 19.94 hectares (49.27 acres), excluding mines and minerals.
