Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance,

(a) pursuant to subsection 213(1) of the Budget Implementation Act, 2018, No. 1, chapter 12 of the Statutes of Canada, 2018, fixes April 30, 2021 as the day on which Division 2 of Part 6 of that Act comes into force, other than section 203, subsection 204(2), section 206 and subsections 211(1) and (3) to (5); and

(b) pursuant to subsection 213(2) of the Budget Implementation Act, 2018, No. 1, chapter 12 of the Statutes of Canada, 2018, fixes April 30, 2020 as the day on which section 203, subsection 204(2), section 206 and subsections 211(1) and (3) to (5) of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu du paragraphe 213(1) de la Loi n^o 1 d’exécution du budget de 2018, chapitre 12 des Lois du Canada (2018), fixe au 30 avril 2021 la date d’entrée en vigueur de la section 2 de la partie 6 de cette loi, à l’exception de l’article 203, du paragraphe 204(2), de l’article 206 et des paragraphes 211(1) et (3) à (5);

b) en vertu du paragraphe 213(2) de la Loi n^o 1 d’exécution du budget de 2018, chapitre 12 des Lois du Canada (2018), fixe au 30 avril 2020 la date d’entrée en vigueur de l’article 203, du paragraphe 204(2), de l’article 206 et des paragraphes 211(1) et (3) à (5) de cette loi.
