Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations in Respect of the Taxation of Cannabis Products, pursuant to

(a) section 304 of the Excise Act, 2001; and

(b) sections 277 and 277.1 of the Excise Tax Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant certains règlements relativement à la taxation des produits du cannabis, ci-après, en vertu :

a) de l’article 304 de la Loi de 2001 sur l’accise;

b) des articles 277 et 277.1 de la Loi sur la taxe d’accise.
