Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, after consultation with the Board of Directors of the Canada Development Investment Corporation, pursuant to subsections 105(5) and (6) of the Financial Administration Act, appoints Stephen James Swaffield of Vancouver, British Columbia, to be Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Canada Development Investment Corporation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, après consultation avec le conseil d’administration de la Corporation de développement des investissements du Canada, et en vertu des paragraphes 105(5) et (6) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Stephen James Swaffield, de Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), président du conseil d’administration de la Corporation de développement des investissements du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans.
