Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints Bruce Andrew Chan of North Vancouver, British Columbia, to be a director of the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, effective May 14, 2019, in the place of Eugene Hsiao Yu Kwan, whose term will expire.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnées dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Bruce Andrew Chan, de North Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Vancouver Fraser pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 14 mai 2019, en remplacement de Eugene Hsiao Yu Kwan dont le mandat prendra fin.
