                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State (Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency), pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation Act, hereby approves the

appointment by the Minister of State (Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency) of Gary Joseph Corsano of Sydney, Nova Scotia, as a director of the Board of Directors of the Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation to hold office for a term of three years, in the place of Curdis Karrel, whose term has expired.

Cap-Breton, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre d’État (Agence de promotion économique du Canada atlantique) de Gary Joseph Corsano, de Sydney (Nouvelle-Écosse), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Société d’expansion du Cap-Breton, pour une période de trois ans, en remplacement de Curdis Karrel, dont le mandat a pris fin.
