Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 8 of the Canada Post Corporation Act, hereby re-appoints the Honourable André Ouellet, P.C., Q.C., of Ottawa, Ontario, to be President and Chief Executive Officer of the Canada Post Corporation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, and fixes his salary at the rate set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($252,900 - $295,100), effective

November 16, 2002.
