                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State (Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency), pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby appoints Loran E. Tweedie of Sydney, Nova Scotia, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Cape Breton Growth Fund Corporation, to hold office during pleasure, for a term of three years, or until the dissolution of the Cape Breton Growth Fund Corporation, whichever occurs first.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre d’État (Agence de promotion économique du Canada atlantique) et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Loran E. Tweedie, de Sydney (Nouvelle-Écosse), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Corporation Fonds d’investissement du Cap-Breton, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, ou sur la dissolution de la Corporation Fonds d’investissement du Cap-Breton, la première de ces éventualités étant retenue.
