Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 225.2(9) and sections 277 and 277.1 of the Excise Tax Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Various GST/HST Regulations, No. 11.
