Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 58.16(10) of the National Energy Board Act, extends from February 15, 2019 to May 16, 2019 the time limit referred to in that subsection for approving or refusing the issuance of Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity EC-059 by the National Energy Board to Manitoba Hydro, for the construction and operation of the Dorsey International Power Line proposed in Manitoba Hydro’s application regarding the Manitoba-Minnesota Transmission Project.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 58.16(10) de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil proroge du 15 février 2019 jusqu’au 16 mai 2019 le délai visé à ce paragraphe pour donner son agrément à la délivrance par l’Office national de l’énergie du certificat d’utilité publique EC-059 à Manitoba Hydro pour la construction et l’exploitation de la ligne internationale de transport d’électricité Dorsey proposée dans la demande de Manitoba Hydro concernant le projet de transport d’électricité Manitoba-Minnesota.
