Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to bring into force for Canada the Constitution of the Universal Postal Union, the General Regulations of the Universal Postal Union, the Universal Postal Convention and the Final Protocol to the Universal Postal Convention, adopted at Istanbul, on October 6, 2016.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celle-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’entrée en vigueur pour le Canada de la Constitution de l’Union postale universelle, du Règlement général de l’Union postale universelle, de la Convention postale universelle et du Protocole final de la Convention postale universelle, adoptés à Istanbul le 6 octobre 2016.
