Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to sections 3 and 6 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, appoints Rose Ann Ritcey of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Vice-chairperson of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($183,600 - $216,000), effective February 18, 2019.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu des articles 3 et 6 de la Loi sur le Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Rose Ann Ritcey, d’Ottawa (Ontario), vice-présidente du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (183 600 $ – 216 000 $), à compter du 18 février 2019.
