Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 55(1) and paragraph 56(1)(b) of the Customs Tariff, makes the annexed Order Amending the Order Imposing a Surtax on the Importation of Certain Steel Goods.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 55(1) et de l’alinéa 56(1)b) du Tarif des douanes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Décret modifiant le Décret imposant une surtaxe sur l’importation de certains produits de l’acier, ci-après.
