Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of Canada and the European Space Agency; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Navdeep Singh Bains, Minister of Industry; Sylvain Laporte, President, Canadian Space Agency; Luc Brûlé, Vice-President, Canadian Space Agency; Marie-Claude Guérard, Director General, Space Science and Technology, Canadian Space Agency; or Isabelle Hudon, Ambassador of Canada to France and Monaco, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of Canada and the European Space Agency.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celle-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de coopération entre le gouvernement du Canada et l’Agence spatiale européenne;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Navdeep Singh Bains, ministre de l’Industrie, Sylvain Laporte, président, Agence spatiale canadienne, Luc Brûlé, vice-président, Agence spatiale canadienne, Marie-Claude Guérard, directrice générale, Sciences et technologies spatiales, Agence spatiale canadienne, ou Isabelle Hudon, ambassadrice du Canada en France et à Monaco, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de coopération entre le gouvernement du Canada et l’Agence spatiale européenne.
