Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to sections 8, 9, 10 and 13, subsection 21(1) and section 40 of the Canada Pension Plan, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Canada Pension Plan Regulations.
