Whereas the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development has consulted with the member of the Executive Council of Yukon designated by the Commissioner of Yukon as the territorial minister for the purposes of the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Act and with the first nations, within the meaning of that Act;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to subsection 47(1) and paragraph 122(c) of the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Assessable Activities, Exceptions and Executive Committee Projects Regulations (Miscellaneous Program).

Attendu que la ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien a consulté le membre du Conseil exécutif du Yukon désigné par le commissaire du Yukon à titre de ministre territorial pour l’application de la Loi sur l’évaluation environnementale et socioéconomique au Yukon ainsi que les premières nations au sens de cette loi,

À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu du paragraphe 47(1) et de l’alinéa 122c) de la Loi sur l’évaluation environnementale et socioéconomique au Yukon, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement correctif modifiant le Règlement sur les activités susceptibles d’évaluation, les exceptions et les projets de développement soumis au comité de direction, ci-après.
